RETURNS ARE SIMPLE
1. Contact us at 514-286-2804, we will hold your hand through the process.
2. Repackage your items and place them outside your door, FedEx will pick it up.
We believe the unique personalized shopping experience we offer at each of our 3 Ofélia boutiques should be the inspiration behind our return policy. The same way we assist you in your quest to find the perfect garment or look to suit your needs and lifestyle, we understand sometimes you may want to change a size, a color or return an item that doesn’t fully meet your expectations. To make your experience the best it can be, we accept returns for items purchased from an Ofélia boutique or Ofelia.ca for an exchange or a refund within 10 days of the in-store purchase or delivery.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment including purchases made with gift cards.
As we always strive to provide the best service possible, Ofélia offers customers a price adjustment policy under the following conditions:
- An item’s price has been reduced within 7 days of purchase.
- The item is still available in the same style, color and size as the original purchase.
- Price adjustments may be requested once per item. (A second price adjustment will not be offered if the item in question is reduced again.)
Price adjustments for items bought in-store can be made with proof of purchase at an Ofélia store. For online purchases, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and a description of the item. The difference from a price adjustment will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Ofélia Return & Exchange Policies
- To initiate a return please contact us at 514-286-2804.
- Once the return request is approved, we will coordinate with FEDEX to pick up the parcel from your delivery address.
- Ofélia offers free shipping on all returned items.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including purchases made with gift cards.
- Purchases made on ofélia.ca or at an Ofélia retail store location can be returned at any Ofélia retail store. Purchases made in-store may only be returned in-store. Have your original receipt, order number and item on hand to help us efficiently expedite your visit.
- Items must be returned new, unworn and in the condition in which they were received. If the items are not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a return or exchange.
- We will cover the charge of freight for all returned items.
- We are unable to accept returns / exchanges on special ordered items, decorative objects, jewelry and altered items.
- We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
- Items marked Final Sale (online or in retail store) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If we notice unusual or unreasonable return patterns, we reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions.
We pride ourselves on offering flexible return options, to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. However, we do monitor the number of returns made by the same account and if we notice that our return policy is being abused, we do reserve the right to close your account and/or cancel future orders.
